1. What the site does

Tractors Market is an online classifieds platform. We publish listings placed by sellers and help buyers contact them. We are not a party to any sale: the contract is made directly between buyer and seller, who are responsible for the description, condition, price, payment, transport and any warranty.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and give accurate details.
• Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• Business sellers must register as a business and provide their company details.

3. Listings

Every listing must describe a real item that you have the right to sell, placed in the right category, with honest photos and a price you are prepared to accept. You must not post:

• stolen goods, items you do not own or have no authority to sell;
• misleading information about the year, hours, condition or origin of a machine;
• the same item more than once, or listings that only advertise another website;
• content that infringes someone else's rights, including photos taken from other sellers;
• anything illegal, offensive or unrelated to agriculture and machinery.

Listings stay online for the period set by your plan, and you can edit, mark as sold or delete them at any time from your account.

4. Moderation and reporting

We may review listings before or after they are published, and we may edit their category, reject, suspend or remove them, or close accounts that break these terms. When we do, we tell the seller the reason.

If you believe a listing is illegal or breaks these terms, report it to info@tractorsmarket.com with the listing reference and an explanation. We act on reports without undue delay and let you know the outcome. Sellers can contest a moderation decision by replying to our notice.

5. Buying safely

Inspect a machine before you pay for it, or use a trusted inspection service. Be wary of prices far below the market, requests for payment by money transfer services or gift cards, and sellers who refuse to meet or show documents. We never ask for payment on behalf of a seller.

6. Fees

Posting a listing is currently free. If we introduce paid plans or features, their prices will be shown before you buy, and these terms will be updated.

7. Intellectual property

You keep the rights to the content you upload and give us a non-exclusive licence to display, resize and promote it on the site and in our marketing while the listing is online. The site's design, logo and software belong to [to be completed: Company name].

8. Liability
